Wrong head on a player, a missing or white head, an install snag — send it here and I'll fix it in the next update. The more detail, the faster it gets sorted.

Tip: if a head looks wrong, the player's name or FM UID is the single most useful thing to include.
An in-game screenshot of the wrong or broken head is the most useful thing you can attach.

Before you send: make sure the player actually exists in your save/database, and that you're on the latest pack. A head only appears for a UID that's present in your game.
